Comfortable and a good value for 1-2 people
Positive: Spacious and had all the ammenities needed, including coffee and soaps, etc.
Negative: bedroom was a little chilly at first, but warmed as the heat made it through the apt.

My go to place when working State Street. Great location, comfort, and amenities and an owner that is responsive when needed. That is what you look for - especially for a working medium-long term stay

Great little place in historic downtown. This is an old building, so the stairs are creaky and the walls are thin, but the updates have been thoughtfully done, and it is very comfortable. The elevator was a boon for getting the luggage in and out for our stay.
